No, the course is USATF certified and dogs are not allowed for safety reasons.

Yes, we ask that you start near the back to avoid tripping and congestion with all the 5K runners.  You will still be eligible for age group awards with your chip time that will not start until you cross the starting line.  

Yes, as long as you register at runtheday.com by May 25.  Race t-shirts are not guaranteed and are first-come, first-served after May 25.

The race will go on rain or shine. Race officials may cancel, delay or change the event in case of extreme weather or other conditions that may affect the safety and health of the participants. 

In the event of cancellation, refunds will not be issued.

Yes, you can pick up on Friday afternoon at St. Helena school’s parking lot between 4:00-7:00pm.  (If raining, pick up will be in the library located inside the main entrance to the left.)
